Who We Are
Avenytra Cleaning is a brand of Avenytra Ventures LLC, a residential and commercial cleaning company serving Nashville and nearby areas. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Avenytra Ventures LLC. You can reach us at hello@avenytra.com or (615) 281-9322.
What the Quote Form Asks For
- About your space: ZIP code, whether it’s a home or a business, the type of property, the service and schedule you’re interested in, room counts or approximate square footage, condition, extras, and anything you tell us about your goals.
- About you: your name and email address and, if you choose to share them, a phone number, a preferred date, and notes.
Home estimates are calculated in your browser. We don’t receive anything you enter until you send your request.
Where Your Information Goes
When you finish the form, it prepares an email addressed to hello@avenytra.com. Nothing is sent until you send that email from your own email account, or copy the details into a message yourself. Your request then arrives in our business email inbox.
We share your details only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our email provider, and only so they can provide that service. We don’t sell your information.
How We Use It
- To reply to your request and answer your questions
- To prepare an estimate or quote, and arrange a walkthrough if one is needed
- To schedule and carry out the cleaning or consulting you book
- To keep records of the work we’ve agreed to and completed
We don’t add you to a marketing list because you requested a quote.
Cookies and Analytics
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Like most websites, our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
Keeping and Updating Your Information
We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our business records. To ask what we have, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@avenytra.com.
Please don’t include access codes, alarm codes, or payment details in the form. We’ll arrange those with you directly once a visit is confirmed.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
