Make Time for the Details

Some cleaning tasks need more time than your usual upkeep allows. We tackle grease and bathroom buildup, hand-wipe accessible baseboards, and give edges, corners, and other details extra attention.

Use a single visit to catch up on detailed tasks, or ask about recurring appointments. Standard supplies and equipment are included, with no separate supply fee.

Optional Extras

Need help inside an oven, empty refrigerator, cabinet, or drawer? Add those tasks to your request. We can also change your bed linens if you leave out a clean set.

Pet Hair and Parking

Having a pet doesn’t add a fee on its own. If heavy pet hair needs extra cleaning, we add that work to your estimate, along with any parking charges.

Before We Arrive

Put away loose belongings and keep pets safely away from the areas we’ll clean. Please arrange access to water and electricity, and tell us about delicate surfaces or product sensitivities. We’ll bring cleaning products, a vacuum, mop, cloths, and brushes.

FAQ About Deep Cleaning

How Is Deep Cleaning Different from Regular Cleaning?

Deep cleaning adds time for grease, bathroom buildup, and detailed tasks such as hand-wiping baseboards, door frames, edges, and corners. Appliance and cabinet interiors are still optional extras, so select those if you need them.

What’s Not Included?

Window cleaning, washing blinds, dishes, laundry, and organizing. Carpet extraction, floor polishing or restoration, full wall washing, and exterior work. Moving heavy furniture or appliances, taking appliances apart, and cleaning inside air ducts. Mold remediation, biohazards, bodily waste, infestations, hoarding cleanup, construction debris, and hazardous or damaged areas. Empty closet shelves are not included. Appliance and cabinet interiors and linen changes must be selected as extras.

What Should I Know About Access and Surface Care?

We use products suited to the surface and work from the floor or a stable two-step stool, using an extension duster where needed. We do not climb on furniture or high ladders, open air ducts, or handle fragile collections and private documents. Cleaning may not remove permanent stains or mineral etching, and it cannot repair damaged finishes.

Does a First Visit Have to Be a Deep Clean?

No. We look at the condition of your rooms and the cleaning you’ve already done, as well as how long it’s been since a professional visit. We’ll help you choose based on the work needed.
