Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Focus on the move while we clean your empty home, before you arrive or after you leave.

One Less Job on Moving Day

Moving gives you plenty to organize. We can handle the cleaning once your home is empty, before you settle in or after you leave. Water and electricity must be available.

Along with detailed room cleaning, your price includes the inside of one standard oven, one empty refrigerator, and empty cabinets and drawers throughout the home.

For houses, apartments, condos, and townhomes

What’s Included

Here’s what your visit includes. We use methods suited to each surface and clean areas we can safely reach.

Kitchens

We clean kitchen surfaces and cabinet fronts, tackle stovetop and range hood grease, and clean the microwave inside and out.

Bathrooms

We scrub tub and shower buildup, clean toilets inside and out, and wipe sinks, counters, mirrors, and fixtures.

Rooms and Closets

We wipe accessible fixtures, mirrors, and empty closet shelves throughout your empty home.

Floors

We vacuum exposed floors and accessible stairs, damp-mop suitable hard floors, and clean edges and corners.

Surfaces and Details

We wipe accessible baseboards, sills, doors, handles, switches, fan blades, and exterior vent covers, and remove reachable cobwebs.

Appliance and Cabinet Interiors

We clean inside one standard oven, one empty refrigerator, and empty cabinets and drawers throughout the home.

Optional Extras

Have more than one oven or refrigerator? You can add those interiors to your request; refrigerators must be empty. Empty cabinet interiors are already included, and linen changes aren’t part of moving cleans.

Pet Hair and Parking

Having a pet doesn’t add a fee on its own. If heavy pet hair needs extra cleaning, we add that work to your estimate, along with any parking charges.

Before We Arrive

Please empty the home, cabinets, drawers, and refrigerator, and keep pets safely away from the cleaning areas. Leave water and electricity on, and tell us about delicate finishes or product sensitivities. We’ll bring cleaning products, a vacuum, mop, cloths, and brushes.

FAQ About Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

What’s Not Included?

Window cleaning, washing blinds, dishes, laundry, and organizing. Carpet extraction, floor polishing or restoration, full wall washing, and exterior work. Moving heavy furniture or appliances, taking appliances apart, and cleaning inside air ducts. Mold remediation, biohazards, bodily waste, infestations, hoarding cleanup, construction debris, and hazardous or damaged areas.

What Should I Know About Access and Surface Care?

We use products suited to the surface and work from the floor or a stable two-step stool, using an extension duster where needed. We do not climb on furniture or high ladders, open air ducts, or handle fragile collections and private documents. Cleaning may not remove permanent stains or mineral etching, and it cannot repair damaged finishes.

How Should I Prepare for a Move-In or Move-Out Clean?

Empty the home, cabinets, and drawers before we arrive. If someone will still be living there or an appliance has heavy buildup, contact us to discuss the right service and pricing. Cleaning doesn’t guarantee a deposit return or a passed inspection.
